With 18 years strategy consulting experience, Mike specialises in defining clear and differentiated strategies, driving transformation and creating value in complex environments for mid-cap to large-scale corporates and private equity owned businesses with experienced operator, investor, advisor and Board perspectives. Venture capital investor and advisor to HM Government on tackling constraints to SME business growth (99.9% of businesses in the UK supporting 27m jobs with £4.5tn of annual turnover).
